Mr Marijo Zivkovic


Marijo Živković and his wife Darka have been active in the pro work since 1967. They have seven children (one in heaven) six with us, and presently 23 grandchildren. Their youngest son is married last year. From 1979 to 1989 they were members of the Yugoslav Bishops' Conference Council for Lay Apostolate, in which Marijo acted as secretary.Marijo was member of Yugoslav and later Croatian BC Council for Family from 1973. until 1993. In 1973, they brought the movie Abortion -A Woman's Decision to Croatia, and in 1985 they did the same with the movie The Silent Scream, which for a large number of Croats and others helped clarify the issue of the humanity of an unborn child. During communist time film Abortion Woman's Decision was shown in churches in all Yugoslavia on Sundays after each Mass. Windows of churches would be covered by black paper. From beginning of their pro family work, they promoted NFP as excellent way to make family life more joyful, beautiful and successful. After they met drs Billings during Sinod on Family in 1980., they organized numerous visits and lectures of drs Billings in then Yugoslavia and today Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and Bosnia, and also in Slovakia and other countries.

In 1980, Saint Pope John Paul II appointed them participants of the Synod of Bishops on Family, where, at the request of the Synod Secretariat, at the plenary session of the Synod in the presence of the Holy Father they spoke about helping people to love and have children. They were members of the Pontifical Council for the Family in Vatican for two five-year terms (from 1982 - 1987, and from 1994 - 1999).

The Family Center which they run has to date distributed 880 000 copies of the book Foundations of Faith, 370 000 copies of the book The Rosary, a Source of Strength, 4 800 000 wall pictures of the Heart of Jesus and the Heart of Mary, around five and a half million brochures on how to pray the Rosary titled Your Day with the Rosary, and others, as well as several hundred thousand other books and brochures, such as Doctrinal Note on the Behavior of Catholics in Politics, and other publications, in addition to about two million rosaries. In all these books, brochures and other publications Family Center included text and pictures with information of humanity of children who lives under hearts of their mothers.

Couple Zivkovic cooperated with Mother Teresa (who was helped to go to India by Croatian priests and spoke Croatian language) in pro family and pro life work and secured for her pro life films in seventies, which she eventually translated to Hindi and Bengali languages, and used around world.

They have organized several international conferences on the subject of family during communist rule and after liberation of communism. They are regular participants and speakers at various conferences held in Europe, USA, and Asia.

Marijo Živković is a member of the UN NGO Committee on the Family in Vienna. He regularly participates and speaks at thematic meetings at the UN, OSCE and the European Parliament.

Dr Aurora Saporosi


Aurora Saporosi, MD, specialist in Endocrinology, Managing Doctor at the Centre for Study and Research on the Natural Regulation of Fertility at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome, President of the Scientific Committee of the Italian NFR Confederation.

Doctor Aurora Saporosi, MD, specialist in Endocrinology, studied medicine at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome. She specialized in Endocrinology at the same university and went on to complete a Postgraduate Course in Clinical Sexuology and in Bioethics. She undertook numerous advanced clinical trainings and, in 1995, obtained an Accreditation at the Course of Theoretical Instruction and Practical Experience in the "J.B. Brown Ovarian Hormone Monitor" directed by Professor J.B. Brown in Melbourne, Australia.

Her articles, abstracts and book chapters have been published in more than 115 different national and international scientific journals and congresses. She has written a book on fertility and natural fertility regulation ("Pregnancy research in infertility" Ed. Cortina Verona, 2011) and organized and/or participated in more than 100 congresses, seminars and courses.

Since 1981, she has been working on natural methods and reproductive medicine, including fertility, infertility and family planning, at the Centre for Study and Research on the Natural Regulation of Fertility of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome, founded by Anna Cappella, where she followed Doctors John and Evelyn Billings, Professors Brown and Odeblad during each of their stay in Rome.

She is responsible for the Upgrade Course of Natural Fertility Regulation and Women's Health at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome and in the three-year Midwifery degree course of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (at S. Carlo Hospital) in Potenza, Italy; she also is in charge of the Course on "Billings Ovulation Method" in the Master on Conjugal Sexuality and Fertility at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family of Rome.

She is Member of the Steering Committee of the National Coordinating Centre for the Regional BOM Centres; she is also Member of the Italian NFR Confederation and President of the Italian NFR Confederation Scientific Committee.

Mme Angela de Malherbe


Angela de Malherbe and her husband Armand are the parents of five children. Their son Father Brice de Malherbe serves in the Paris Diocese. They have fifteen grandchildren and ten great-grands. They have promoted the BOM in France for many years, hosting several visits of the Drs. John and Evelyn Billings. Angela translated three editions of Lyn's book "The Billings Method" into French, the last one published in 2014. She presided the organisation of the 9th International Congress for the Family with Mother Teresa's presence in Paris in 1986, when 4000 people attended. A whole day out of four was dedicated to presentations of the Billings Method, in the active presence of Drs. John and Evelyn Billings, Dr. Kevin Hume, Professor James B. Brown and Professor Erik Odeblad, as well as Billings doctors from various countries. Angela promoted many family congresses in the capitals of Europe, where the Drs. Billings were keynote speakers. The TeenSTAR Programme she introduced to France in 1993 reaches 1000 new students each year, with ten teacher training workshops programmed yearly in France, and training teams take the programme on request to many French speaking countries. Angela was named Consultant to the Pontifical Council for the Family in 1995.

Dr Gemma Muniz


Dr. Gemma María Muñiz Nicolás Title: Degree in Medicine and Surgery, in June 1990 by the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). Consultant in INTERNAL MEDICINE since 2002. At the presents time, she works in the Hospital Virgen de la Salud of Toledo (Spain). She is regular staff of the department of internal medicine and perform the task of tutor of internal medicine fellows Billings Ovulation Method Instructor, title since 1991. Teacher Training Program of BOM in May 2008. She works in the association WOOBM Spain since 1991. She taught users of MOB. Currently he teaches new monitors. She belongs to the board being vocal, vice president and currently president since 2008. I think myself optimistic, steady and lover of defense of life.

Mrs Joan Clements


Joan Clements is a Director of WOOMB International Ltd and has been teaching the Billings Ovulation Method® for more than 30 years. She has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marriage and Family Studies from the John Paul II Institute. She retired in 2015 after 10 years working for the Vocations Office of the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne. In 2014 Joan was appointed by Pope Francis as Auditrix to the Extraordinary Synod on the Family representing WOOMB International and in 2015 she received the Honour of the Cross Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice from the Holy Father. She is married to Stephen and they have four grown up children and two granddaughters.
